Comigo foi pior. Pedi um backup do meu banco mssql e me mandaram um arquivo de extensão .mps que nem eles sabia o que era, nem como extrair. Ou seja, me mandaram qualquer merda e "se fode aí".
Locaweb nunca mais!
Eu pensava que a locaweb fosse a melhor, estava redondamente enganado.
Na opinião de vocês, qual a melhor empresa de hospedagem para um desenvolvedor web que volta e meia precisa alterar umas configurações no apache, no php, etc?

Nesses casos que é bom ter a hospedagem da [PROIBIDO PROPAGANDA], recomendo.
Já tive problemas sim, mas o suporte via chat é nível 3, ou seja, são os técnicos deles que te atendem, aqui no RS o tempo de resposta deles normalmente opera entre 3 e 8ms.
Eu crio bases de dados de MySQL, PostgreSQL, Firebird e até daquele negócio tosco e pesado, o MSSQL SERVER em um simples clique mesmo.
Uma palavra: incompetencia.
Já tirei meus sites de lá há muito tempo. Felizmente não sou masoquista para ficar com e-mail fora há semanas. Lamentável.
